Looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join a thriving Revenue Operations team in scaling sales operations to achieve department goals. The ideal candidate is analytical with a strong attention to detail and passionate about continuously optimizing processes. In this role, you will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and partner closely with Sales and SDR Leadership, Revenue Enablement, Salesforce Admins, and other GTM stakeholders.

A GTM Operations Senior Manager is needed with a background in Sales and Marketing Operations, tools, process, and analysis, who will be responsible for providing operational expertise within the Business Operations organization. The efforts should be designed to forecast sales performance, generate insights to help accelerate growth, manage sales tooling, assist in the field incentive compensation process, and evaluate third-party solutions appropriate for GTM Operations functions.

The Sales Operations Associate will ensure sales agents are meeting expectations and provide support to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented.
